It seems like a good idea to introduce myself, and to explain the aim of this blog.

I’m Spring. I’m currently a forty something fandom enjoyer. I say that because I just flit from fandom to fandom. It’s been a habit since I was a teen, playing games on Nintendo, Super Nintendo and Playstation, and reading and rereading my favorite books.

I regret that I didn’t really study literature or writing in college. I opted for computer programming, but I ended up burning out and quitting before I earned any kind of degree. I greatly enjoyed what art classes I was able to take. This is to explain that my point of view mostly comes from a volume of reading, watching, and playing things. Consumers still like what they like for reasons after all.

You can expect to see posts about anime, manga, comics, books, figures, gunpla, model kits, video games and movies. I have a lot of hobbies and luckily for me, a lot of them intersect, so there may be posts about that. I’ll probably do a post about the concerts I’ve attended this year, and how many nonfiction books I’ve managed to read.
